1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to the DepotFit website and services. By accessing or using our website, products, and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Services
DepotFit provides warehousing solutions including but not limited to racking systems, automated storage equipment, design consulting, and installation services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any service at any time.
3. Product Ordering
3.1 Quotations: All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change based on market conditions and raw material costs.
3.2 Order Confirmation: Orders become binding upon our written confirmation. We reserve the right to reject any order.
3.3 Payment Terms: Standard payment terms are 30% deposit upon order confirmation and 70% balance before shipment. Alternative payment arrangements must be negotiated separately.
4. Delivery and Shipping
4.1 Delivery Times: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.
4.2 Shipping Terms: Unless otherwise agreed, all goods are shipped Ex Works (EXW).
4.3 Risk Transfer: Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.
5. Warranty Terms
5.1 Standard Warranty: All products carry a two (2) year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery.
5.2 Warranty Coverage: Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, excluding normal wear and tear, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or improper installation.
5.3 Claim Procedure: Warranty claims must be submitted in writing within 30 days of discovering the issue.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall DepotFit be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the relevant products.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, designs, and trademarks, is the property of DepotFit or its licensors. No reproduction or use is permitted without written permission.
8. Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any disputes shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the Shenzhen Arbitration Commission for arbitration.
9. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Modified terms become effective upon posting on the website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
